Duties and Responsibilities:
o Leadership/Management
• Supervise, assist and evaluate operations staff.
• Motivate, promote and direct operations staff to meet goals.
• Maintain open line of communication between staff and top management.
• Monitor operations to ensure organizational goals are met.
o Goals and objectives
• Investigate complaints regarding missed or lacked collections and other service requests.
• Generate relevant operational documentation.
• Ensure that airport passes, and visa of staffs are renewed in a timely manner.
• Liaise with maintenance department to ensure vehicles are available to meet operational requirements.
• Arrange a weekly basis schedule for the staffs.
• Review daily operational performance indicators and time sheets and adjust as necessary.
• Deal with the day-to-day issues that arise in the course of business.
• Monitor branch staffing, provide temporary coverage and training.
o Compliance
• Ensure employees are well aware of all the safety and operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance to all labour, safety, and environmental regulations.
