2- make sure to developing the food quality according to required standards with steps start from the central kitchen until the customers hand .

3- to give training of food safety to the area manager -branches managers- kitchen staff to make sure higher safety & the quality required.

4- making sales plan to achieve the target and motivate the employees by making perfect work environment - monthly target- monthly objective - yearly target.

5- discuss all the plans with the mother company and the countries managers in monthly meeting to support the teamwork & tho get the bast results.

6- daily visiting for all the branches especially for the branches are very important.
