• Assisting SRA Director in setting and leading the SRA compliance agenda for the business unit.
• Providing SRA expertise to support Research and Development, marketing and nutrition functions for all business unit brand or category of responsibility. • Ensuring that label layouts are in compliance with existing regulations and are updated when new regulations are implemented or when product formulation changes occur • Assisting with all product claims made on labels, in brochures, websites and other consumer communications by coordinating with R&D/Quality/Nutrition for claim substantiation, and ensuring compliance against global guardrails
• Leading and coordinating the registration of products with the appropriate government bodies to ensure launch readiness • Designing and facilitating periodic audit of product portfolio in market to ensure continued compliance and product security • Completing periodic training for Product Developers and Marketing to educate and advance functional processes and policies
• Maintaining a surveillance system to monitor and track developments in standards in market and for those markets that have direct and indirect influence. • Actively participating in Governmental Technical Committees to review and input against development of standards. • Manage crisis at local level and provide functional (regulatory) input
• Address and contribute to the development of company response against consumer complaints.

SQA:
•Manage global supplier quality assurance program rollout to all current SSFL local (KSA & UAE) suppliers & ensure their continuous compliance to the program.

•Support rationalization of supply base.
•Implement and manage compliance scorecards/performance monitoring tools for SSFL suppliers in alignment with purchasing and support the supplier strategic review process.
•Mange on behalf of SSFL, the contaminants compliance program with the local ingredients supply base
