From raw materials receipts, storage & utilize in production process. A complete process flow (manage a group of engineers and complete workforce responsible for glass production, cutting, packing, warehouse stock and shipments). Quality control & assurance at various levels as per standards, customer requirements.
Monitoring/maintaining quality at various levels from raw materials till shipments. Accepting, rejecting, and correcting and accepting in 24 hours running plant.
Defining quality plans, corresponding internal & external with suppliers/customers including new product introduction technical reviews etc. Conducting MRM, Health /Safety/Environment meeting as and when required for conforming EHS standards.
Team leader in complete process of Warehouse & Shipping activities includes Fleet management for outgoing shipments including maintenance activities. QC/QA final checks before product goes to customer and customer receipt feedback.
Reporting to ‘Melt Shop Manager’, responsibilities include planning, organizing, optimizing, scheduling, and executing production operations. Safety, Quality and Productivity were the 3 prime goals apart from daily routines.
