 Coordinating with site manager for evaluating additional / Modifications in designs and construction methods without affecting the project overhead.

 Co-ordination with the vendors for timely manufacturing and the delivery of Electrical/Electromechanical equipment to the site.
 Arrange mobilization and demobilization of equipment for allocated projects.
 Prepare the detailed work pack, method statement, risk assessment, test procedures and reviewing all electrical drawings for site/construction engineers and sub-contractors.
 Monitoring the site activities and ensuring execution of work as per design and schedule. Taking necessary action to achieve the target dates.
 Obtaining work permit, shutdown for the erection, modification, testing activities at site.
 Preparing and handing over of Dismantled materials and operational spare parts to client designated warehouses.
 Preparing and submitting Bi-Weekly & Monthly progress report to Saudi Electricity Company.
 Preparation and submission of Project progress invoices periodically to client.
 Project involves with Design, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 132KV GIS, Power Transformers, 33KV and 13.8Kv Switchgears, 33 KV Capacitor Banks, Surge Arrester, Power Cable and outdoor Cable Termination.

Projects Details:
The objective of this project is to install three (3) 132/13.8 kV Transformers, three (3)
13.8kV Capacitor Banks, thirteen (13)indoor 132kV switchgears (GIS) in "double bus
single breaker" configuration and forty two (42) 13.8kV switchgears at Qunfudah
North132/13.8kV substation in the TIHAMA area, having an altitude of less than 1000m

Project Title: Main Extension of LV/UG Network Connection
 Responsible for all Electrical engineering works include Excavation, cable laying, Jointing (Straight joint, tee joint, termination, pole termination and stop ends) reinstatement work and implementing large scale projects.
 Preparing BOQ, Bills of contracts and to procure material as per site condition and coordinate with supplier.
 Investigate site problems and recommend solutions.
 Preparation of Electrical procedures for installation test & commissioning.
 Manage project schedules and budgets, and obtain permits for operations.

Automation for Laminations (Coating with Varnish and Heat-
Treatment)

The project AUTOMATION FOR LAMINATIONS (COATING WITH VARNISH AND
HEAT-TREATMENT), deals with the coating of steel laminations with a layer of varnish on both
the sides. The laminations are then passed on to the Heating Chamber and the varnish layer is dried.
It makes use of Conveyor Belt, Cylinders, and Sensorsetc. In this project the components moves on
the conveyor belt. After the laminations have been laminated, they are moved to the container box.
This is done by using Automation through PLC (Programmable Logic Control).
