Handled overall HR, Admin & Camp operations related to 6 Business Units under AL ASADI - AL MANA GROUP. Duties: Develop HR Strategies & Budgets: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and budgets aligned with the companys mission, vision, and business objectives.
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the end- to-end recruitment process. Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain high quality candidates.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale.
• Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to drive accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance reviews and goal setting.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and engagement.
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with market trends. Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing. Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits and ensure HR practices meet legal standards.
• Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
• HR Administration: Manage HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, handling payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Conduct employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
Duties: Support Corporate HR Manager with policies, process, systems to ensure having the vacant positions filled across Al Shirawi Group.
• Maintain an up-to-date manning sheet with budget and actual headcount and ensure that all the hiring happens within the budgeted guidelines.
• Support department heads with all the required processes of talent acquisition.
• Ensure that all the interviews are being conducted as per company recruitment and hiring policy and guidelines.
• Constantly supervise and follow up with the team to ensure compliance related to all documentation as per policy and guidelines.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and other database required for analysis.
• Ensure to have mix of nationalities and gender to ensure diversity while hiring.
• Support with required data and analysis required for preparing HR budget.
• Source interns as per the requirement.
• Support Corporate HR Manager in ensuring to have updated Job Descriptions for all the positions across AL Shirawi Group.
• Be responsible to ensure smooth on-boarding of new colleagues.
• Be responsible for ensuring compliance related to all talent acquisition areas in the audits.
• Take lead in supporting the accuracy of preparing HR and Payroll budgets.
• Support Corporate HR Manager with all requested data collection and analysis on a timely basis.
• Work on various projects and tasks related to Human Resources as assigned by Corporate HR Manager.
• Support implementing various projects as guided by Corporate HR Manager.
• Represent the department in all management meetings.
• Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
Duties: Policy Manual: Assist management in framing policies, and updating manuals across the group.
• Recruitment & Retention: Responsible for the companys hiring process & retention Strategies.
• Performance Management: Oversee the performance, review process to ensure Effectiveness within the organization
• Compensation & Benefits: Conduct analysis of salaries and incentives; review recommendation and salary increases for compliance with company policy and budget.
• Training & Development: Assess and facilitate training : Administrative functions. Liaison with the PRO : Maintain the HR Module in JD Edwards : Set- Up the Personal Department : Streamlined administrative issues : Maintaining trackers for Passport renewals, Emirates Ids
Duties: Developed and maintained personnel files, including employee reviews and attendance records, to capture workforce trends.
• Assist in Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, overtime sheets & leaves, etc.)
• Organized comprehensive onboarding and training processes that improved employee knowledge of company policies and procedures and reduced onboarding time by 25%
• Coordination and advice to transportation supervisor and drivers in vehicle movements.
• Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Effectively managed employee relations issues in a timely yet sensitive manner, resulting in a 30% decrease in HR complaints.
