Responsible for designing, installing and maintenance of all network and communications systems; answers questions of a general nature; provides step-by-step technical support with verbal and written instructions.
Responsible for effectively troubleshoot issues with Vendors and ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
Responsible for all network infrastructure moves, adds, changes, troubleshooting, etc.

Resolution of Tier 3 incidents as a hands-on expert.
Assist other IT teams to insure world-class service and support to the operating and support staff within the company.
Responsible for procedures and maintenance of the network communications for the Company.
Provides professional/technical training and direction for team members to achieve efficient operation.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Provide technical expertise in the diagnosis and resolution of escalated network issues.
