JOB DESCRIPTION

Worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; create group benefits databases; and develop orientation, training and incentive programs. Managed leave-of-absence programs and personnel records.



RESPONSIBILITIES

•Induction for New Joinees for quick integration into their functions and conducting their documentation, a/c opening process, Issuing new Joiner Kits etc. and introduction of New joiners with HR Managers and Project Managers.
•Designed a structured Induction program for all new joiners and responsible for their orientation and induction and Handling BGV of the New Joiners (Address verification and HR Mails)
•Scheduling Interviews and coordinating with Hiring Managers
•Closed the openings of organizations (internal and clients) by the recruitment drive, processing the relevant profiles form vendors, scheduling interviews, preparation of offer letters and compensation break-ups and issuing it to selected candidates.
•Successfully revised & implemented company policy on HR related issues.
•Designed PPT's and HR Induction Book Manuals according to HR Policy and updated it new Policy and procedures. Managing the admin activities independently as per the expectation of the company.
•Coordinating with accounts department and keeping track of Leave and attendance record, Payroll Inputs and Insurance & Mediclaim.
•Created Payroll tracker and sending it for approval from the management and updating the same to the accounts department monthly.
•Improving areas of organization by taking feedback from time to time and Conducted many programs for motivating and stress busting for employees.
•Observing the employee's performance and helping the management in performance appraisal. Initiating Performance appraisal followed by annual review & rewarding and doing Appraisal Process follow-up and co-ordination, increment letters.
•Responsible for employee relations by Grievances handling, Payroll Management, Performance appraisal and Attendance and leave management and Organizing events and other activities.
•Maintaining Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Documentation
•Generating and issuing different letters, such as Offer Letters, Appraisal Letter, Probation completion letter and ID Cards, address proof, acknowledgment of Resignation letter, Relieving and experience certificate.
•Conducted the exit interview system. Reduced the number of grievance effectively thus controlling attrition
•Tracking and conveying feedback received during exit interviews for instituting systems to improve employee morale and motivation.
•Maintaining Excel Tracker of Joining, Ex-employees, Birthday, Payroll, BGV, Insurance, Vendors profiles, Leave details etc as a database
