• Manage and coordinate all manufacturing activities in 3 Plant in KSA and UEA. • Planning and monitoring the orders and the loads on all unites by Central Planning. • Supervision Quality Control to improve the Quality of products as per the standard • Monitor, review and report on all manufacturing activity and results. • Leading continual improvement in terms of plant utilization, manpower usage, methodologies and processes deployed, implementing operational changes/enhancements/plans in a timely manner to drive down production costs, optimize overall plant utilization, improve margins and enhance bottom line contribution in an increasingly competitive and dynamic market • Ensuring that Manufacturing, Supply Chain and technical departments co-operate and work together to optimize production performance and product quality/profitability • Manage and controlling the security and Safely in KSA and UEA.

• I was full responsible for all the activities and responsibilities in the biggest plant in Riyadh cables (RC-C).
• Planning the production, follow the maintenance and Quality control.
• Optimization of Manpower, materials, machines to reduce the manufacturing cost.
• Bring new processes and technology to improve productivity and Quality for better customer satisfaction
• Designing and monitoring of all production reports.
• Breakdown report analysis and understand the bottleneck and plan for smooth production
• Proper manpower planning to achieve the Organizational Goal.
• Timely defining of KRAs and KPIs.
• Keeping team members motivation high.
• Ensuring team members career progression and their Training & development
• Monitor the team performance and providing timely feedback for their improvement.

• Production manager of High Voltage and Medium voltage factory and responsibly in all activities related to Production, Planning, Maintenance.. • Capacity & m/c planning, job order planning, manpower planning & their allocation • Lead all functions such as Production, Planning, Maintenance, Trouble shooting R&D Ensure that documents / procedure are managed according to ISO 9002 procedures. • Maintain and analyze production database such as scrap, Over usage, M/c Utilization Planning, morale maintenance, periodic review of factors affecting production. • Coordination with purchase, marketing, sales and dispatch departments. • Achieving dispatch targets. • Overall administration of plant. • Planning and supervision of the plant expansion. • Manpower interview and selections in India, Indonesia and Philippine.

Riyadh Cables is one of the leading manufacturer of energy cables in Middle East with an annual turnover of around 6000 million SR. Products include High voltage, medium voltage, low voltage, building wires, overhead lines and specialty cables.
• I have working 5 years in Electric wires factory (REW) as Shift Engineer.
• Working in 3 shifts to supervise the production activities in the factory.
• Surveillance on the productivity of machines during the shift.
• Controlling product quality as per the specification and handling NCR (Non-Conformity Product).
• Responsible for Manpower file to prepare scheduled shifts, Rests and annual vacations.
• Coordination with maintenance and quality to achieve better performance and less Non-Conformities.
