Lead a support team with 14 engineers (Saudi Nationals & none
Saudi) in providing technical assistance and handles all front-
end troubleshooting which tackles hardware, software, mobile
and network troubleshooting for entire company which consists
of one main plant, admin office, Region (Eastern, Western,
Central in Saudi Arabia), UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait. Support OS &
Network activities.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of end-user technology assets
from acquisition to disposal of hardware, software elements in
coordination with corporate procurement.
• Assist in developing and enforcing operational desktops
standard configurations, documentation, and procedures.
• Defining asset-related policies, procedures, and audits.
Directing asset disposition and replacement plans.
• Ensure proper security setup of end-user desktops and
coordinate IT security issues with other IT stakeholders.
• First point contact for infrastructures, applications and level 2
automation issues.
• Handles and administrator IT service Desk tools (SCCM,
Service now and Mange engine).
• Handles procurement related tasks (ERP) for information
technology.
• Handles tracking reallocations and disposing of IT assets.
Reporting on current IT equipment allocations.
• Handles IT asset improvement plans and inventories of
consumables.
• Train, guide and mentor Saudi and none Saudi support
engineers.
• Achieved lead IT support Engineer’s level form IT service Desk
Operator.
• Part of the team that implements IP phone.
• Datacenter commissioning and cable arrangement.
• Microsoft office 2016 migration.

• Cisco router 1841 configuration for all the branches
• WI-FI routers configuration and monthly scheduled maintenance
• Antivirus server with daily scheduled scan
• Anti-spam software sharing same server with antivirus daily
scheduled scan
• Backup Emails for all our company users (200 mail box) monthly
• Users pc maintenance and installing software (200 users)
• we have 3 data serves in Jeddah Riyadh and Rabigh scheduled
maintenance and data backup
• We add wireless point to point infinite for 4 locations
• Once the ISP finished the internet and local links which is 3 in
Rabigh, I started to do VPN tunnel between Rabigh and Jeddah
and Riyadh.
