Employee in Huawei Tech Investment as Back Office Engineer (BO) in "Mobily NGSDP" project from 1st May 2018 up to date.
Main tasks:
- Generate the monthly settlement report for more than 100 CPs.
-Generate and extracts the requested reports (Revenues and details of RBT, VAS and Bundle services) from Oracle databases.
- Perform the monthly health check for PRM, Reports and Promotion servers. - Maintain the Lcap (Log) server.
- Maintain the PRM and Reports databases.
- Monitor I2000 alarms and fix the issues when occurred.
- Escalate the complex issues to HQ (L3) to solve these issues together. - Use Huawei MICE to run the bills.
I am working in Mobily NGSDP project. we manage and technical support for all services RBT, OTT, IPTV and VAS.
