Manage the financial accounting and reporting activities, by preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements, monitoring the accuracy of the general ledger to ensure the financial integrity financial information and provide appropriate financial information for effective decision-making.
Develop and implement accounting and financial reporting systems to provide accurate and timely consolidated reports and ensure that accounting and reporting systems are maintained in accordance with IFRS accounting principles.
Manage the preparation of periodic financial statements by ensuring the accurate recording of revenues, expenses, investments, provisions, and other transactions.
Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management.
Responsible for compliance with zakat and tax regulations, including preparation of zakat, tax, VAT, WHT and zakat and tax authorities payments and issuance of monthly reports to management.
Responsible for evaluating the group's real estate portfolio for the purposes of preparing the financial statements.
• Asset Management including aging inventory and fixed assets management accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables and enhance the control on the cash and debt collections .
• Full responsibilities, supervise and control of all banking facilities such as L/C’s, commercial loans and so on .
Preparing reports for Higher Management with the CFO.
Matching certain accounts with other divisions and subsidiary companies
Responsible of all accounts in Qatar many projects in HQ.
Responsible some accounts projects in HQ .
Preparation and posting of daily accounting transaction -
Monthly reconciliation of bank and suppliers statement of account -
Asset Management including aging inventory and fixed assets management accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables and enhance the control on the cash and debt collections
Full responsibilities, supervise and control of all banking facilities such as L/C’s, commercial loans and so on
Responsible for all insurance coverage, disputes and contracts and review including coordination with the company’s solicitors
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports
•Management accounts and financial control, internal auditing and stock control
•Managing cash flow . Identify the reasons for deficits / surpluses in the cash position .
•Highly creative, methodical and organized . Excellent attention to details .
•Capacity to work under pressure whilst being adaptable and flexible in meeting changing priorities and deadlines .
