Amend employment contracts, conduct investigations
with employees, and follow up the progress of cases
with the law firms dealing with the company, in addition
to linking departments in accordance with the company's
policy and regulations.

1. Participate in setting the main goals of the
company and participate in formulating it.
2. Participate in the committees and meetings that I
am invited to and express a legal opinion on the
results and decisions according to the instructions
issued by my administration.
3. Preparing sub-plans and executive programs
related to legal affairs to achieve the main
objectives of the company.
4. Respond to all legal questions received from
company departments.
5. Oversee the development of a special system for
inventorying, auditing, classification, indexing
and archiving of all decisions, official documents,
books and legal reviews.
6. Verify that all legal legislation is already applied
in the company, and initiate a gap in the decisions
and instructions in force in the company.
7. Work on studying all issues related to the
company, following up on disputes and issues to
which the company is a party, in addition to
preparing the necessary and documented
documents and documents to release the party
from the company from any lawsuit against it,
reviewing the relevant authorities and providing
fundamental responses to them.
8. .Providing legal opinion on all cases and cases
received from various government departments
and institutions, advocacy, pleading, responding
and working to deal with their affairs
9. .Work to build friendly relations with all
departments, government institutions and judicial
bodies, which in turn provide the necessary legal
support for the company in managing its
operations.
10.Providing legal advice in drafting and reviewing
the company's contracts and agreements and its
management in accordance with new laws and
regulations in all government ministries.
11.Developing the company's legal strategies and
public policies to help reduce lawsuits and
overcome disputes and problems with external
parties.
12.Representing the company before all courts,
judicial bodies and government institutions, and
working to manage legal cases
13..Chairing investigation committees related to
violations attributed to workers with the Director
of Personnel Affairs, or in complaints submitted
against them or against them.
14.Supervising legal translation of legislation,
regulations and legal correspondence that requires
translation to and from English.
15.And other activities that arise directly or indirectly
related to the legal sector.
