Responsible for implementing and monitoring the implementation of AML policies and procedures, writing quarterly and annual AML reports. Implement and execute the compliance annual plan, performing planned checking as per SAMA regulations. Ensuring company's full compliance with applicable regulations, and reporting any violations to responsible parties to follow up with corrective action plans. working alongside internal auditors to ensure regulatory reports are issued in a timely manner. reviewing and assessing AML program annually.
