BASIC FUNCTION:

Seeking new clients and projects for purchasing new equipment and follows up in the field with customers who have purchased Bakheet equipment in order to acquire new parts and service customers.
In addition supervise Office

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Advising and consulting customers on pre-acquisition to equipment to disposal.
2. Define parts and service sales opportunities in Jeddah in order to realize the annual budget
3. Selling the company’s parts and service to new and existing customers
4. Prepare quotations for customers, follow up on sales, process orders and organize parts delivery and payments
5. Support credit control by tracking and collecting customer receivables
6. Acquire customer information and establish a customer database
7. Establish a visit plan and schedule ongoing, systematic visits with customers
8. Feed the Sales, Parts and Service department.
9. Complete a technical report on machines inspected in the field
10. Deliver parts when necessary
