1. Adhere to shipping/receiving and regulatory-compliance procedures.
2. Comply with laws, regulations and standards.
3. Complete documentation such as delivery note, waybill of orders using Computer based technology.
4. Arrange transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per the schedule & to the provided authorized consignee.
5. Dispatch freight for delivery and arrange for pickups.
6. Special arrangement in transportation as per the requirement accordingly.
7. Reviews freight rates: air, courier, and land.
8. Rectify problems such as damages, shortages and non-conformance to specifications.
9. Document and escalate any shipping/receiving errors.
10. Responsible for maintaining a record of all outbound/inbound orders.
11. Record shipment data such as weight, charges and damages.
12. Communicate & follow-up for the pod (Proof of Delivery).
13. Submit all the original pods in order to close monthly invoicing
14. Maintain & update the quality logistic report on daily basis.
15. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on your team, as well as cross-functionally.
1. Reporting to the regional manager (western region). My duty & responsibility include preparation of product wise sales analysis
2. Providing re-ordering requests, suggesting sales promotion & budgeting new consignment etc.
3. Visiting showrooms to check inventories, barcodes, physical receipt and issues, invoicing process, display arrangement etc.
4. Visit warehouse to check physical inventories slow -moving items, inspect receiving and storing processes, verify barcodes, damaged items, store arrangement etc.
5. Arrangements of items for newly suggested showroom etc.
