-Supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store.
-Improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals.
-Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
-Improving the store KPIs.

-Conducting surveys such as Job Satisfaction, Self-efficacy, Achievement motivation. explaining the results and give suggested scientific quidelines.
