• To prepare of budget planning with the directors of the various departments and follow - up implementation after approval from the top management .
• Will be issuing the primary report to the top management and secondary to the government requirement.
• Rehabilitation staff of accounts department so they can implement the plans that have been developed .
• training and implementation KPIs for the all organization In coordination with top management
• maintain the accounting system for the organization which will ensure full documentation and recording of sources and uses of funds, utilizing standard accounting procedure, and preparing and maintaining accounting and financial records.
• cooperation with the External Auditor and ensure timely completion of the audit and obtain audit report .
• activation of the foundation and financial control that have been developed to maintain the property of organization .
• preparing and consolidating monthly Bank reconciliation and other reconciliations.
• preparing monthly financial and management reports for the top management
• maintain the fixed assets register .
• prepare quarterly financial and management reports.
• carry out any periodic duties assigned by the top management .
• overseeing and follow up in the other department which are direct and indirect related with finance management .
• The need to hold a semi-annual meeting with top management to discuss an update of the work (April) for the final financial report (September ) to discussing the budget and approve it.
• Evaluate the performance of the staff of the accounts department to see how the evolution of the level of their performance and submit it to the department .
• Do some financial analysis that serve the top management's decision-making
• execute all above responsibilities in compliance with Guideline of the top management.
