Reporting to GM
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and implement SOP’s across all the Supply chain operations
including Procurement, Warehousing, FG deliveries and Logistics
• Exploit multiple synergies and obtain best competitive prices for each material type
• Consolidate vendor base to increase negotiation power/obtain best prices, terms & conditions.
• Ensure best practices in vendor management and Purchase & Pay to reduce risk and drive the
use of AF standard contracts across businesses and functions.
• Drive regular price comparison efforts to avoid margin slippages
• Administrate annual budget of supply chain functions and ensure to remain within the budget
• Conduct staff performance, setting objectives, KPIs and identifying training needs
Reporting to Group GM
Key Responsibilities
• Develop strategic approach for local and imports to cover the production needs of all the companies in the group (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai).
• Ensure automated procurement through full Implementation of MRP in SAP.
Plan for regular reporting to monitor accuracy of MRP.
• Develop the procedures for suppliers selection and evaluation to ensure that
Approved suppliers are reliable and capable to supply the packaging materials
and raw ingredients as per SFPC Specifications.
• Drive and conduct regular audit plan to visit and audit foreign as well as local
vendors to maintain the requirements of BRC, Food safety & QMS.
• Lead the Commercial Negotiations with key suppliers to attain best prices and T&C.
• Strengthen business relations with key suppliers to ensure the continuous supplies of regular
material and have flexibility on JIT requirements
• Develop new vendors and ensure to have up to date market information to avail best deals.
• Ensure that procurement team is fully aligned and trained enough to perform to achieve
department and BU objectives.
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Own full operations of In-Bound, Supply and Distribution in the
region for the full range of MARS, Abu Siouf Rice, Pet Foods.
• Ensure the teams working for imports clearing and distribution
are coordinating effectively to avoid OOS and losing market share.
• Design and implement Freshness reporting program to ascertain
The accountability of Freshness budget (short shelf life products).
• Ensure the smooth operations of Sales & Promotion Activities,
Chillers and Freezer operations.
• Ensure Regular Customers analysis is done and priority customer list is issued to optimize
distribution.
Reporting to: Regional Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with all the branches in Central region (Riyadh, Kharj, Buraidah,
Hail) and ensure on time sales reports are generated and issued.
• Issue regular reports on Sales Analysis by product, by brand, by category,
by channel, by customer,
• Make and issue reports as per business needs for Activity Analysis,
Competitors Analysis, Customers Analysis.
• Design and monitor Activity Proposals for Trade & consumer Promotions
Reporting to: IT Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Developing the Business application for Retail business
• Monitoring the Warehouse Distribution System
• Structured re reporting of vehicles parts availability in all the branches
Reporting to: Incharge Stock Preparation Plant
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure that Stock Preparation plants produce pulp as per production plan
issued by Planning department of Paper and Board Mill
• Closely coordinate with Machine House and plan for regular
maintenance of SPP plants and minimize down time.
• Implement SAP Production module in all four production plants
• Establish frequent reporting procedures to minimize fibre losses in production.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed and documentation is completed to achieve ISO 9001, ISO14000.
Master Certificate in Supply Chain Management
Major Subjects: Computer Architecture, System Analysis & Design, Software Engineering, Computer Graphics,Relational Database Management System, Visual Basic, C++, Visual C, Oracle, SQL
Bachelors Degree
Grade 11-12 Board of Intermediate and secondary education.
