Working as Senior Project Engineer- Mechanical in Nesma Trading & Contracting Co. Al Khobar, KSA.
From Dec 2019 to till date.
Project -122K Agility Dammam Project, which includes all Mechanical works.
Project -2Zahid Business Park Jeddah Project, which includes Complete Fire Fighting works, Lube Oil system and compressed air system.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead mechanical processes and operations.
• Review the coordination drawing & submittals.
• To coordinate with contractor and client for project wide Firefighting works.
• Supervision of testing and commissioning of all Mechanical work.
• Attending the meeting with client and work according to the given specifications, standards and comme nts.
• Check the material delivery & prepare material inspection (Material Inspection Report) as per the given specifications.
• Raise Work Inspection Report to check work as per the given specification and standard.
• Managing technicians and labors for the given discipline and assure work to be finish on time.
• Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
• To make the Take-Off for the materials used in the project.
• Preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of the Materials & Equipments and arrange the Procurement of the Materials & Equipments required for the project according to the Specifications & Standards as per approved drawings & materials.
• Supervision & Assistance in the installation of pipe networks for Fire Fighting wet lines and fire suppression systems NOVEC 1230, Lube Oil network and compressed air network on the site.
• Maintaining Good Coordination between the Client/Consultant, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Engineers, Foreman, Technicians and Laborers.
• Preparing Inspection reports for the works executed on the site in order to submit to the Consultant for approval.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide technical expertise for the Fire Fighting Systems.
· Complete implementation of Fire Protection Systems as per the client /consultant requirements adhering to standards.
· Project planning w.r.t. milestones, resources, and material.
· Cash flow, cost control & commercial controlling.Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
· Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be meet interface with internal and external stakeholders during project execution.
· Periodic Project Progress Reporting to Client & internal Management on weekly basis.
· Compiling Compliance Statement and addressing Client / Consultant remarks.
· Compilation of BOQ & Estimation of labor cost and ensuring timely procurement.
· Arranging and managing Installation Tools.
· Coordinating for IFC and As-built design.
· Responsible for SAT, final inspection, and successful Handover of Project.
· Assisting in Purchase Orders with different Vendors and follow up the same.
·Knowledge of all EHS related policies & requirements that need to be clarified/delivered in each project phase.
