Coordinate and monitor all International Medical Corps projects, ensuring appropriate planning
tools are developed and followed
• Monitor logistics support for the implementation of programs.
• Oversee program spending per budgets and pipelines.
• Anticipate changing needs and emergencies.
• Determine training needs for all national staff in the field.
• Facilitate and assure accurate and well-documented reporting internally, to HQ, and to donors.
• Work with Sector Leads and Budget Holders to ensure the coordination of programs are within
budgeted targets.
• Attend coordination meetings relevant to country activities.
• Monitor, evaluate and support implementation of accountability initiatives and practices across the
country mission.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with management, operations and sector staff in order
to influence practice towards greater accountability

Supports detailed and effective activity planning, inputting into work plans and budget projections Contribute to writing and preparation of various document and report specific to the team and / Or region and the program
Coordinate with partner CBOs, oversee the trainings provided to youth leaders in the community.
Coordinate with partner CBOs, oversee the CBO management of local youth leadership platforms.
Monitor and support CBOs in submission of requested report
Ensure project data, narrative and field stories are captured and reported regularly
Ensure quality filing and reporting systems for project activates, feeding into report to donors on implementation progress and achieved results
Coordinates M&E data, activity result, and documentation with the M&E consultant
Carry out the project in the assigned targeted areas/universities to manage and supervise project’s activities and gives feedback and guidance to implementing local partners, facilitators and consultants
Ensures adherence to UPP policies and procedures by all project team members.
Ensures the agreed project management methods, standards, and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain strong community relationships
• Assess and report on community needs with the rest of the team to achieve programs objectives.
• Carry out community mobilization and assist the team in capacity building activities with community members.
• Incorporate participatory principles into community level emergency response activities.
• Ensure non-partisan principles, culturally and social to advice the team in appropriate implementation of the project.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, surveys and needs assessments.
• Establish new contact with the communities, such as community committees’ trainings, field visits, training sessions, and campaigns meetings with local leaders and women's groups.
• Assist with general program operations and field-based activities, and develop and implement of staff and community training curriculum and materials.
• Carry out community-based mobilization and other related activities, work plans to insure consistent implementation across the project area.
