o Lead and direct the supervision engineers .
o Review and assess contractor's alternative proposal, .
o Review the contractor's requests for information (RFI), material submittals, shop drawings...etc.
o Attend technical meetings with the contractor and client team.
o Lead, direct and monitor the performance of all site engineers and support staff under my charge.
o Advise and assist the contractor on construction procedures through method of statements.
o Prepare site work instructions to the contractor and the relevant verifications including cost estimate for the client's approval.
o Observe the safety procedures followed by the contractor. Issue instructions as necessary to correct safety violations
