Key Accomplishments:
• Established high level of excellence in handling and negotiating the legal terms of the tender/bid for the establishment of a power station and power distribution project on behalf of a globally renowned power transmission company in Abu Dhabi.
• Succeeded in opining on the enforceability of back-to-back payment clauses in construction for an AED 130, 000, 000 arbitration claim.
• Opined on the establishment of a valid contract for the purchase of 2 islands in the World Islands for the aggregate value of AED 165M.
• Drafted settlement agreements and negotiation of an inheritance dispute - total property value was in excess of AED 900, 000, 000.
• Worked closely with a globally renowned Italian aerospace company (client) with a supply contract with a UAE government-owned military aerospace company, opining on enforceability of Tawazun Economic Program's provisions by the Tawazun Economic Council.
• Handled legal affairs and contracts of an Emirati virtual assets management company with assets valued at more than AED 30, 000, 000.
• Successfully concluded a 3-year transaction valued at AED 73, 650, 000, involving a Musataha lease with the government of Abu Dhabi.
• Managed legal affairs of a leading event management service provider in the MENA region of multiple event management projects.
• Represented a globally-renowned corporate services provider in an audit by the UAE Ministry of Economy in relation to the former’s alleged breach of AMLCFT laws.
• Drafted entire suites of AMLCFT policies, controls and procedures.
• Drafted personal data protection policies, records of processing activities and contracts for multiple DIFC-based entities.
During my tenure as a Junior Associate, I demonstrated exceptional aptitude in communicating with over 35 clients, drafting legal contracts for medium-large enterprises in the areas of agency, employment, sale/purchase, association, production, creative content, intellectual property, rent, and services.
Key Accomplishments:
• Served integral role in drafting comprehensive legal consultations, opinions, and responses to SMEs and high-net-worth individuals.
• Produced over EGP 1.3 million in legal fees through representing the firm and clients in various legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Researched and drafted motions and memorandums and performed due diligence before the M&As and stock market purchases.
I was part of the firm's international commercial arbitration team, headed by Prof. Dr. Mohammed Salah. I had been tasked with researching the extension of arbitration agreements to nonsignatories and supported ongoing arbitration cases by providing case law examples and analysis. Finally, I produced a 31-page research/thesis on the matter.

I served in the Egyptian Air Defense, 2nd Field Army Command at Al-Ismalliyah as an interpreter and translator. During our selection process I came forward to the senior officer and spoke of my qualifications and linguistic skills, after which I was tested and assigned to the ADF Command. My job was to translate English documents, manuals, contracts and letters to Arabic and vice versa, I also travel with the command's officers on meetings with foreign parties as an interpreter between both sides.

I started as a junior ESL (English as a Second Language) instructor at Berlitz El-Haram branch. A year later, I mover to the then newly founded 6th of October branch, and was promoted to become branch's senior instructor conducting English level-placement tests alongside the usual English classes.
I was an IGCSE student with 4A*s, 3As, and 1B in my O-Levels, and 2Bs and 1C in my A-Levels. In Egyptian standards that would make me 96.25% equivalent and a GPA of 4.5 on US standard.
