➢ Act as team leader on some projects Which I managed a group of 3 to 4 developers.
➢ Distribute tasks to developers by How long it takes to finish the task and then meet with the team to discuss the distribution of tasks based on all tasks previously attributed to the team, knowing the workload (Time Scale) with each developer and the possibilities of each developer individually and through it can choose the right developer for the right task for which can be accomplished as soon as possible without compromising the efficiency of the task.
➢ Create the road map for the developers to begin work by fractured the project into very small tasks to be allocated to developers in addition to choose the suitable architecture Solution to start work in the project.
➢ Create more functionality methods to help developers in work.
➢ Working with the team hand by hand in addition to code reviewing from me and the developers.
➢ Review the unit test firstly with the developers in addition to that coordinate with all team whether UX/UI, Web Designer, Front end Developer, backend developer and QA/QC Testing.
➢ Lead the operation of UAT with the customer and the change request of all management approval for deploy on the production environment.
➢ Gives the developers 1 hour per day to boost him self and reading new technologies and new ways for problem solving.
