Job Duties:
• Issue the required steps to maintain any security systems And asset inside the facility.
• Review and develop the steps of maintenance.
• Handling the needs from suppliers and exclusive agents.
• Quality engineer for the system.
• Responsible of developing the maintenance operation
• Issue the required steps to maintain any Electrical, Light current, HVAC, Mechanical, Firefighting equipment and asset inside the facility.
• Handling preventive maintenance work schedule ( daily checklist - monthly PPM - 3 months PPM - 6 months PPM - yearly PPM ) For Electrical Systems, Light current systems, HVAC Systems, Mechanical Systems, Firefighting Systems, Generators Devices and Plumbing Networks .
• Required to solve any problems existed in security systems (CCTV system - Queuing system - Fire Alarm system - Firefighting System with FM200 - Firefighting System with CO2 - Intrusion System) and handling its problems on time.
• Manage MV network include a switchgear has 2 incoming feeders and 14 outgoings.
• MV switchgear feed about 14 transformers.
• LV network control & maintenance (MDBs, Pillars, kiosks, MCCs & PF panels).
• Maintain Instrumentation And Automation Control systems
• Maintain Active And Passive Sensors, Pneumatic Control Systems
• Follow up quality control for the project and running works by performing Snag List and do corrected actions and apply quality control plans.
• Follow up NCR and do corrected action to close the NCR.
• Managing technicians staff reaching for 30 technicians.
