• To follow up the daily finance administration.
• In coordination with specialist programmers, I have managed an integrated financial and accounting program, further to Network expansion includes most of company’s administrations and branches in informatics network.
• To coordinate with technical administration in respect to a new feasibility study and to perform the tenders and primary study for the new projects.
• To follow up completely the bank deals including loans, guarantees and bank adjustments.
• To follow up the required desire finance for the projects and to prepare the required affairs thereof.
• To follow up company’s procurements such as material, equipment and spare parts.
• To follow up insurance companies affairs regarding the required covering insurance to the material, projects, Vehicles and health Insurance .
• To follow up work continuation and its requirements such as material and equipment.
• To coordinate with Technical Administration in respect to projects requirements such as charges that submitted from the excerpts and budgets preparation for the execution of the projects (estimated budgets) and to compare them with the actual charges of the project and to identify the deviations analysis and revision
• To study the costs of running projects and their feasibility study, weakness points and the required decision making in this concern.
• To Follow up Letter of Guarantee - LG ( Bid Bond ) from issuance, amendments and cancellation . ( performance Bond ) from issuance, amendments and cancellation and their reports .
• To Follow Letter of Credit - LC - by all their Kinds - from issuance, amendments and cancellation .
• To Prepare the financial reports that needed for the renewal of bank facilities and for other purposes .
• To prepare the closing accounts and the balance sheet .
