 Measure, value and study drawings along with project specifications for
Architectural & civil works.
 Responsibility of the quantity surveying activities, prepare & arrange tender
quantities, communicate & negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers until
obtaining quotations and then comparing it technically & commercially to
give a report with best offer to the project management.
 Attend meetings with subcontractors & suppliers for Q.S check if required.
 Coordinate between tender drawings, approved shop drawings by
consultant, executed works at site and reports the variance.
 Ensure that the construction resources are used well & within the budget
