• Manage IT Infrastructure & Operations, including Systems Backup, Network, Security, Services, Support, Vendors, SLA, KPI’s, Team Management.
• Manage Misr Pharmacies Budgeting life cycle in terms of (OPEX & CAPEX).
• Control & Manage Misr Pharmacies IT Assets including Network devices, Compute Systems Servers.
• Manage IT Procurement Life Cycle with multiple vendors through Private Tendering, RFI, RFP…etc) followed by POV, POC.
• Leads & participates in overall business and technology planning & all related IT Projects under the supervision of the IT Director.
• Manage New Branches Implementation & in Control of 70 Retails Branches of Misr Pharmacies & HQ.
• Endorse IT Governance best practice and ensure that all business projects and changes will flow through a defined and stablished process.
• Coaching & motivating a team of 8 Employees (System Admins, Network, Security, Support) ensuring a motivated KPI’s plan in place.
Achievements:
• Transformed our IT Landscape from Cloud (LDC) to another Cloud hosting Provider (World Posta) followed by upgrading our Traditional Database & SAP ECC to S/4 HANA Version 19.09.
• Implemented iVend POS across 70 Branches & Call Center integrated with SAP ERP though SAP PIPO & implemented SAP CAR for analytical and accurate reports.
• Implemented Cisco Meraki Z1, MX68CW “SDWAN” across 56 Branches.
• Implemented ASANA Business Workflow Solution across all Misr Pharmacies Line of Business.
• Roadshow - Award of Recognition for Achieving 2021 Objectives.
• Positioning & Selling Integrated Technology & Systems Compute Solutions ex: (DELLEMC, VMWARE, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, VEEAM, Kaspersky, Palo Alto, Consultation Services) for enhancing or building from scratch the Customer Infrastructure Environment including Datacenters, Compute Solutions for example (HCI, Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Business Continuity DR, Back Up, High availability Solutions and services, adding to that Implementation Services & After Going Live Support Services.
Achievements:
• IBM deal of the month covering the customer Backup challenges by positioning Storage appliance from IBM Storage Tree Family (A5000).
• Selling ACS/MCS (Advanced Customer Service & Managed Cloud Services), to Saudi Arabia’s Oracle Existing Customers, including unmatched, tailored Advanced support services covering both SW/HW Oracle Products portfolio, all while coexisting within the customer IT environment.
Achievements:
• MCS closing the First deal in EMEA for MCS (Managed Cloud Services) for covering the customer SAAS ERP Environment remotely & after 1 month of releasing the MCS Solution to the Market.

• Identifying and Managing Sales Opportunities within assigned Territory in MEA Region, for relevant Microsoft products (On Premises & Cloud Solutions for Office365, Azure).

• Was done with 3 million $ Pipeline creation that covers my 1 million Target in Q2.

• Sell/Renew Oracle Support Service Contract for existing Oracle customers in the Saudi Arabia Region, and maintain a high level of partnership with customers to be able to facilitate their technical problems through the year and to make sure that they are 100% satisfied from our Support Service, moreover educating customers on how to get the most out of this service.
