Responsible for processing and recording payments received from customers, clients, or vendors.
Following up with customers on outstanding invoices, managing payment reminders, and resolving any payment discrepancies or disputes. Maintain accurate financial records related to payments, invoices, and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accurate and complete payment
reconciliation.
Manage vendor accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payment to suppliers.
Assist in preparing financial reports related to payments, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
Interact with customers, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding payment-related inquiries or
issues.
Tracking incoming payments, monitoring payment schedules, and ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet financial obligations.
Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations and report creation.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and company policies. Communication with different finance departments to investigate variances during reconciliation process.
