- Monitoring and managing project from start to finish, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time within budget, required quality standards, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Check and ensure coordination between discipline-related services works and all other disciplines.
- Inspect, fill in, and sign company’s and client's checklists.
- Review and submit subcontractors and suppliers pre-qualification to the consultant within (PQD) forms, verifying compliance with the company's checklist.
- Review and submit Material Approval Requests (MTS) forms, to the consultant, verifying compliance with the company's checklist.
- Verify material inspections for compliance with project specifications within Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) through witness testing procedure, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate witness testing with external labs and oversee third-party inspections and tests, verifying the calibration of equipment used, and report outcomes to project managers and consultants.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to their Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), oversee consultant-led inspections, and maintain accurate records.
- Attend project and pre-activity meetings with the consultant /client's representative to coordinate work-flow and ensure safety regulations.
- Confirm all activities are properly inspected, conducted as per specifications, approved drawings, method statement (MS), and prepared correctly prior consultant inspection, in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and recorded accordingly.
- Conduct daily on-site surveillance, identify and document deficiencies.
- Issue internal Non-Conformance (NCR), Site Observation reports (SOR) and follow up for closing after rectification, and maintain detailed records of analyses and lessons learned, and report to the concerned personnel.
- Analyze QA/QC activities, report quality-related matters to the Project Managers for necessary action and record-keeping.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners or stakeholders.
- Assist Quantity Surveyor in the assessment of project claims for variation to contract.
- Assist the Planner in preparing comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing QA/QC activities, inspection findings, compliance status, progress updates, trend analysis, submissions, resubmissions, revisions, recommendations, lessons learned, and risk identification with mitigation strategies. Include key metrics, performance indicators, visual aids, notable achievements, and append relevant documentation to facilitate thorough review and informed decision-making by project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the execution team, project management, client, consultants, and subcontractors to perform inspections collaboratively and resolve any QC-related problems that arise. If any.
- Lead and guide the execution team to achieve project goals and objectives.
