• Architecture, design, install, configure, management of VMware ESXi 5.5 with vCenter management, vShield Suite, vCenter Automation Center, vCenter Connector, Veeam Backup & Replication Suite and vCloud Suite.

* Responsible for planning and coordinating the design of physical servers’ service parameters including: server model,
server components, HA options and server monitoring and all technologies to ensure the high availability of the service.
* Responsible for planning and coordinating the design and implementing of Virtual machines’ service parameters :including: machine location, machine components, HA and DRS and all technologies to ensure the high availability of the service.
* Responsible for Storage service design and implementation on Cisco MDS switches and 3PAR Storage System.
* Design and implementation of DR sites
* Design and implementation of Monitoring tools for all service equipment
* Keep track of all tickets status and ensure open tickets are closed within specified SLA.
* Keep track of the latest hardware models and firmware, and be aware of the support matrix of each component.
* Provide consultation for customers outside the SDC premises.
• Plan, Assess, and perform penetration testing and report System and Network vulnerabilities using Kali linux and Backtrack .
• Installation, configuration and maintaining Network Services Proxy, FTP, DHCP, HTTP, DNS, E-Mail, MySQL, NIPS, HIDS, Antivrus, Anti-Spam and Firewall on many Linux Distributions.
• Monitoring Network Infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Firewall. etc) and Linux Services (web, email, mysql .etc) using Nagios3, Zenoss Core, Cacti and other monitoring tools.
• Install, Upgrade and Maintain Web hosting servers and provide high availability and failover technology.
