13- Take the responsibility of Franchise development program, which include, but not limited to:
1.Prepare Financial Plans.
2. Managing the project of creating new brand and sub-brand and their visual identity.
3.Selecting the suitable ERP system.
4. Managing Concepts modelling and design.
5.Create Menus for new concepts with Development Chef.
6.Layout and design of proposed outlets.
1- Supervision of soft drinks production and quality.
2- Supervision of juices production.
3- Follow up Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
4- Implementing and maintain food safety management system.
5- Training and development.
6- Reporting, daily, monthly and yearly quality control report.
7- Ensure plant complies with quality systems such as ISO22000 and HACCP.
8- Release the final products.
9- Control and acts on customer complaints.
10- Maintain, and modify if necessary, the procedures, work instructions and Quality Documentation.
11- Prepare CPk reports.
12- Review product and process non-conformance.
13- Develop quality assurance plans and other required process control procedures.
14- Perform incoming raw material inspection.
1- Works with plant management and other supervisory staff to maximize quality and productivity.
2- Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications.
3- Maintains quality and food safety records.
4- Performs other duties as assigned.
5- Accomplish of daily lab tests related to quality control.
6- Prepare recipes for dairy products and mixing instructions.
7- Formulate juice recipes mixing instructions.
8- Follow up manufacturing processes of set yoghurt and maintain the optimal conditions to output acceptable products.
9- Follow up of manufacturing milk long life products (UHT products).
10- Follow up products packaging and package integrity.
11- Follow up CIP process for milk lines and machines.
Quality Control and Quality Assurance in the following areas:
1- Dairy products manufacturing.
2- Cattle slaughterhouses.
3- Poultry farms (Layer & Broiler).
Other activities
1- Make sure that local factories match the standards.
2- Make sure that health facilities match the standards.
3- Verifying the validity of products in shops and stores.
