1- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
2- Monitor and evaluate the performance of different departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
3- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
4- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
5- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective execution of strategies.
6- Develop and implement performance management systems and tools.
7- Provide guidance and support to departmental teams in achieving performance targets.
8- Develop, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track organizational performance.
9- Use KPIs to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
10- Design and implement KPI dashboards to provide real-time insights into organizational performance.
11- Collaborate with department heads to set realistic and challenging KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
12- Conduct regular reviews and adjustments of KPIs to reflect changing business environments and goals.

11- Follow up CIP process for milk lines and machines.
