Project managed a team of technical experts to deploy Unified Communications Management systems for AINS clients.

Managed the deployment and upgrading of Enterprise Telephony and Contact Centre environments through latest in Cisco communication and collaboration technology, including Cisco Call Manager BE6Ks in conjunction with ISDN failover for high availability.

Managed risk and quality with AINS client and business executives by understanding external and internal factors of influence and mitigating the impacts and likelihoods to the business; utilizing detailed project plans and a proactive approach to track milestones and high risk items and working closely with stakeholders and vendors to achieve required outcomes.

Developed and managed the quality items identified in the quality acceptance plan QAP which include planned Quality assessments throughout project phases such as checklists and testing procedures pre-deployment and during configuration of key deliverables as well as thorough UAT approach during transition. Key focus and visibility during UCCX and IVR configuration and testing.

Managing Quality Acceptance through transitional phases of the project to manage cultural changes post deployments. Planned transitional phases for all clientele, which included UAT and quality acceptance planning to ensure business readiness pre-deployment.
