• Handling and swiftly resolving customer complaints in a professional and effective manner.
• Coordinate activities with other responders; direct the work of staff and utilization of resources to effectively repair.
• Supervise maintenance staff by determining workloads and schedules; develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures.
• Interact professionally with the customer and staff maintained effective working relationships and worked in cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental objectives.
• Evaluate staff and made hiring and termination recommendations; and ensured that staff were trained in complex maintenance activities and followed standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for meeting budgetary and sales targets through motivating and developing staff, consistently achieving and surpassing Key Performance Indicators.
• Planning, preparing, and devising work schedules, according to workloads and priority
• Organizing and preparing all the job details for the field service engineer
• Handling and coordinating with the warehouse to prepare the spare parts and special tools if needed for the specified job.
• Following up team members during the job for any technical or physical support.
• Receiving the feedback and service reports and report it to the director in charge
• Performing preventive maintenance for all caterpillar generators according to schedule including (oil, coolant, filters & main spare parts according to service hour meter)
• Performing inspection and repair on any attachments on caterpillar engines such as(compressors, pumps)
• Performing inspection and troubleshooting for all Caterpillar generator
• Performing maintenance and overhaul for Caterpillar generators (diesel and gas).
• Performing inspection and troubleshooting for Perkins generator Olympian (GEP, GEH)
• Performing inspection, maintenance and repair for heat exchangers
• Repairing water pumps, oil pumps, oil coolers, after coolers, turbochargers
• Taking any necessary decision to solve any problem.
• Reporting a feedback afterword.
• Following up the working process on stationary equipment’sExample (Boilers, Heatexchangers, Reactors, Towers, Heaters...etc.)
• Recording and monitoring the results according to the working schedules.
• Entering the recorded data to primavera and report it to the director in charge
•Performing (preventive Maintenance-Trouble shooting and Maintenance For trucks and generators.
•Engine Overhaul.
