14. Maintaining good liaising with VAT commissioner and high officials for all sorts of VAT related matters.
15. Manage Central store with efficient manner, upkeep and record keeping for smooth functioning of operation.
16. Ensuring timely delivery and distribution of finished product as per market demand.
• Commanded Naval ships, looked after safety and security of ships and personnel, their training, welfareand administration.• Staff Officer (Signal) at Naval Headquarters and looked after the operational communication of navy, procurement and maintenance of communication equipment, maintaining Telecommunication facilities, telephone exchange and fiber optics network of navy.• Deputy Director (Plans) in Coast Guard Headquarters, Dhaka and involved in planning to set up newcheck posts, overall development of Coastguard and procuring new boats for coast guard. Planned topatrol coastal belt with coastal vessels throughout Bangladesh.
Mongla Port Authority

Duties/Responsibilities:
•Ensured the port’s staff, customers or visitors living and working in or close to the port environment safely.
•Allocated of berth and controlled in and out movement of Mother Vessels in the channel.
•Ensured safety of Ships as per regulations and keeping channels safe for navigations.
•Managed 32 Water crafts including operation and maintenance and lead 400 officers and personnel.
•Carried out timely dredging and marking the channel for safe navigation.
•Conducting berthing meeting and keeping good liaison with shipping agent, stevedore, C&F and business community and port users for better and smooth functionality.
•Carried out salvage operation for clearing wrecks from channel obstruction in the Pussur River.
•Implemented ‘Navigational Aid to Mongla Port’ project for marking pussur channel for safe navigation.
•Contributed to the Designated Authority (DA) Committee to implement many rules and regulations in favor of Govt. of Bangladesh.
