* Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Technical Support Director and Development team.
* Provide first-line technical support for business users.
Handling Onsite Support for HRMS and Payroll Oracle based applications.
* Handling all technical support incidents related to database, forms, reports, interfaces and technical
enhancements.
* Handling all functional related incidents in Core HR and Payroll relevant to customer needs.
* Handling onsite customer relationship.
Handling all related application Incidents for Egyptian Armed Force
