* Configure hardware (Readers, Antennas and Alarms).
* Handling all technical support incidents related to database, reports and interfaces.
* Cooperate with Project Manager to ensure All Tasks Going per Schedule.
* Demo enhanced application features for business users

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems,
Applications, and hardware.
* Knowledge transfer and consultation for business users.
* Develop training manuals.
* Conduct business users training sessions.

Product presentation/ demonstration (POS, Inventory and CRM)
* Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Technical Support Director and Development team.
* Provide first-line technical support for business users.

Handling Onsite Support for HRMS and Payroll Oracle based applications.
* Handling all technical support incidents related to database, forms, reports, interfaces and technical
enhancements.
* Handling all functional related incidents in Core HR and Payroll relevant to customer needs.
* Handling onsite customer relationship.
