Execute corrective, preventive, risk-based and condition-based maintenance programs for all production lines and machines.
- Backup programs and parameters of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo Drives, VFDs, and other field devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in terms of Hardware and software.
- Maintain and calibrate all Process instrumentation in UHT, STR tank, pasteurizer, Homogenizer, and CIP center.
- Participate in the Installation and commissioning of new milk and juice processing, filling, and packing expansion projects.
- Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming for filling and packing machines.
- prepare all design-related documents like ( I/O list, I/O allocation System Architecture, Network Structure, Field JB schedule, JB Wiring and Termination drawings, and Cabling Schedule).
- Configuration of field devices and instrumentation.
- Execute FAT / SAT procedure for new industrial projects.
- Handle Client and Consultant interaction from day one in the project till handover.
