• Overseeing the daily operations of the business unit or organisation
• Ensuring:
o Creation & implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
o Development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
o Overall delivery & quality of the unit's offerings to customers
• Spearheading achievement of branch budgets and increasing of asset base in Dubai & Northern Emirates
• Administering a portfolio with AED 700 million plus Net Investment with more than 700 Corporate / SME clients
• Providing day-to-day supervision & leadership to a team of Sr. Relationship Managers & Officers; providing direction & leadership on complex financial and credit issues; evaluating team members for Performance Appraisals
• Formulating & presenting monthly credit reports for information purpose to the management
• Liaising with the Collection Department for a stringent control upon delinquent clients and existing receivables for better control
• Scheduling regular team meetings to discuss about business updates, issues and recommendations
• Determining staffing requirements and ensuring that vacant positions are filled promptly; assisting in employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities
• Driving business growth through aggressive business development initiatives for an increased revenue growth
• Reviewing corporate credit reports submitted by Relationship Managers and suggesting recommendations on the basis of financial analysis and credit proposals
• Ensuring achievement of high levels of service standards and maximising client satisfaction & complying with UAE Central Bank regulations
