Manage large amount of incoming phone calls. Generate sales lead. Identify and assess customers'needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits; follow upto ensure resolutions.

Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies. Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems. Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.
