Leasing:
Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit.
Responsible for insuring the “model” apartments and target apartments are ready for show; responsible for maintaining work areas and office in clean and orderly manner; need to have an awareness of the “curb appeal” of the property.

Property Management:
Managing Exclusive Property - Skycourts Tower
Drafting lease contract for free hold properties of multiple owners.
Leasing free hold properties of Skycourts.
Preparing and generating RERA Approved tenancy contracts (Ejari) of more than 1000 units.
Preparing Tenancy Renewal Notices and communicating the same to the tenants upon the renewal.
Maintaining data base of more than 1000 tenants and keep orderly file of each leasing contract.
Negotiating with the landlords regarding the rentals and renewals.
Collecting of rental cheque’s and deposits the same in the Bank.
Visiting RERA, Rental Dispute centre to resolve the rental issues.
Updating occupancy report for the upcoming units.
Preparing weekly, monthly reports for the landlord.
Public Relations
Preparing all legal documents and initiate Police Case against bounce cheques.
Visiting Banks to request for documents related to tenants including necessary court hearings and legal issues.
