Provide Leadership and subject matter expertise to the project to achieve Time, Cost, Quality and Safety objectives. Supervising and Managing the project as per approved shop drawings, submittals, specification.
• Identify issues and risks that need to be brought to the attention of senior project management as necessary. Make communication and correspondence with all parties.
•Leading a team of professional employees, driving increased organizational performance and achievement of team goals.
•Monitoring all correspondence with Contractor, Design team,
Obtaining the reports from specialists (QS, Quality Manager, and Planning).
•Monitoring of the implementation of project as per signed documents and company policy.
•Review/ make recommendations of work program, shop drawing, materials, staff, and test results
•Establishing / maintain / controlling project records such as program, daily logs, quantities, variations, RFI, MIR, Contract documents and safety issues.
•Review the contractor payments and make recommendation to the Contract Manager, higher management.
•Assist the top management to confirm that approved safety plans have been implemented by the Contractor.
•Manage and coordinate the collation of a complete set of all the Project documentation and handed over to CLIENT.
•Manage and coordinate in conjunction with the Contractor the collection, review and distribution of as Built Drawings and Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
•Arrange for elementary hand over committee in conjunction with client and contractor on site staff are fully motivated to achieve best performance to meet the project’s needs. Page :3/5

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Execution of site works as per drawings, distributing the manpower as per requirement of progress areas.
•Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site; and ensure that construction is performed as per safety plan.
•Investigating sites condition to determine any kind of obstacles for the proposed construction during work progress.
•Reports to Senior Engineer site related issues (Daily inspection requests, Quality, Safety, Progress, Material, and equipment’s. Keeping detailed record and quantity of work done, labor deployment and material usage on a day-to-day basis.
•Report any difficulties and other problems that may arise at the site

Provide support to and coordinate with
Direct, supervise and coordinate structural inspections with the project consultant to get approval for the concrete pouring.
•Review and check submittals, shop drawings, equipment data, material samples and/or manufacturers for compliance with contract drawings and specifications and project’s quality system. Coordinate with design team to resolve all construction issues, and site related quality conflicts.
•Implement the QA procedures, coordinate structural work with other technical disciplines to ensure safe and seamless management with all trades and activities.
Inspect all materials for compliance to submittals and drawings.
•Monitor the performance of all control activities and tests on structural components of buildings.
•Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to structural quality control.
•Flag all concerns regarding deviations from the set and approved quality system; raise necessary NCR’s and coordinate with manager on the NCR’s acceptable closing procedure.
•Review, assist and facilitate daily report process; keep an updated daily report; prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality reports.
