d Duties: Debt Collection it’s a career requires communication skills in several ways, based on the analysis of the debtor's situation and requires patience and knowledge in the areas of customer service, administration, call centers as well as familiarity using a computer and the basic programs. Key responsibilities that I have worked are managing debtor portfolio for several clients in various specializations such as telecommunications, banks and service companies and companies products based. In addition I was responsible to raise weekly reports on each client and attend regular client meetings.
