My role was to improve a solar air heater’s thermo-hydraulic performance by including transverse shaped obstacles in the direction of flow of air. Commercially available ANSYS FLUENT CFD software was employed to determine the dimensions of the obstacles at optimal conditions. Skills learned: CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) Optimal Design of Thermal systems ANSYS FLUENT software GAMBIT software

Academic project The project was titled “Design and Fabrication of auto feed mechanism (Ratchet and Pawl mechanism) on Modgel Shaper machine”. Designed and modelled the parts on ANSYS and SOLIDWORKS software respectively and prepared detailed drawings of the individual parts and the assembly.
