Prepare Project Quality Plane (PQP), Inspection and Testing Plane (ITP), Method statement for all stage of the project according to the project specification.
Prepare ITPs & inspection checklists for civil, structural & architectural activities for infrastructure and superstructure projects.
Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental based on specifications of the project.
Deep Knowledge and Professional of ISO 9001:2015 QMA, Quality Management System, Lead Audit Requirement and the compliance.
• Perform QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.
• Preparation and implementation of QA/QC policies and procedures
• Carry out audits for ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and recommend the necessary corrective actions and measures.
• Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the contractor’s specific quality plans and produce recommendations.
Reviewing and study the submitted materials by the contractor according to the specification of the project, and making recommendation for approval.
Study the Asphalt, Concrete designs, and make the trials mixes to approve the designs, and make the quality test of the materials.
