Perform test of key controls and processes, policies and procedure identify operational deficiencies and remediate the deficiencies. Regular analysis, observations and recommendations for improvement to the Company Compliance and increase efficiency. Review, monitor, action plan and report KPI of Finance division to ensure divisional KPI dashboard on track.
Responsibility includes:
Direct functions necessary to assure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This includes leading and coordinating the meetings and driving cross functional compliance activities.
Advice line-of-business personnel on Customer compliance matters rooted in Customer Compliance activities.
Monitor regulatory proceedings for regulatory guidelines, directives and changes to rules applicable to Robi business and ensure effective communication those orders/changes to internal stakeholders.
Conduct of investigations of potential abuses of resources and health check of company compliance to determine the gaps in information;
Provide direction in the establishment and communication of guidelines, directives and process maps required to comply with regulatory requirement.
Review internal status reports designed to communicate status of compliance and ensure proper development of the reports.
Advise senior management and other team members on compliance-related regulatory risks.
Act as the primary liaison with Regulatory bodies. Represent Robi in regulatory proceedings and stakeholder processes at regulatory bodies including BTRC, MoPT, MOHA, and PMO;
Conduct regulatory and compliance awareness/training;
Legal & Secretarial Affairs
Drafting Notices, Minutes, Resolutions, Extracts, etc. for folding BM, EGM and AGM
Dealing with Board Matters such as Appointment, Retirement, Alternateship etc;
Ensure submissions of statutory documents to appropriate authority on time;
Documentation and Presentations for Corporate Meetings;
Draft, Vet and negotiate with counterpart and Review of Agreements;
Drafting letter relating to lawful matter and preparation of opinion time to time with the assistance of External Legal Counsel;
Maintain liaison with external legal counsel;

Job Role:
Monitoring collections, reconciliation and its proper accounting.
Assisting Accounts Manager in daily financial processing, including monitoring of collection data, receivable, billing and deposits, develop policies and procedures.
Review and ensure the appropriateness of entries and accuracy of Bank Reconciliation relating to collection.
Ensure all the assets are under the covariance of insurance including import or other day to day works are covered under the insurance coverage.
Processing all kinds of insurance claims including any rebate as and when it arises.
Directing and supervising the work carried out by the staff;
Ensuring effective Internal and Management function;
The Attainments:
Introduced new collection procedure to avoid costly collection method.
Applied new reconciliation method to reconcile more than 500 collection points of PBTL.
Managed a team of 15 members.
Obtained Advance Diploma in Accounting and Business from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK.
