- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
- Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.

• Manage the selection and staffing process through building optimized SOPs & KPIs and reduce lead time that inline with business operation expectation to ensure recruitment automation process become efficient and improve process quality, lead time and reduce human mistakes.
• Execute manpower plan (local & overseas) with the coordination of the business heads through proper understanding of business growth & turnover factor and inline with governmental Labor Laws to attract the right talents by diversified sources (locally & internationally) and fulfil the manpower plan using high level of selection & recruitment standard.
• Enrich the candidates sourcing through the web engine, ALJ sites, recruitment agencies, career days, online job fair and social network sites (Linkedln, Facebook, and Twitter) to improve HR branding and to meet HR vision to become an employer of choice.
• Review internal Guest delight index by discussing area of strength & weakness to ensure high level of guest oriented team development, assessment.
• Design and monitor team development plan to improve work quality and to help in achieving organization strategic plan and core values and mind set.

- Manpower Planning .
- Works out the types of staff needed in terms of grade and rank, and the time in which the staff are required
- Executes strategies to proactively identify, source and recruit high-quality applicants
- Helps in creating job analyses, job descriptions writing, evaluation, and job grading in coordination with the HR Director
- Sources candidates for employment based on various channels such as internal sources, talent-hunting, recruiting agencies, recruiting advertising, university visits, etc
- Assists in giving candidates who meet the stipulated minimum requirements equal opportunity for selection, and selects candidates on the basis of merit and ability
- Responsible for full recruitment lifecycle including supervising interview, selection and hiring processes
- Manages probationary periods and during probation, introduces staff is to the mission, objectives and values of the company and departments. Provides regular feedback on performance and assesses suitability for employment

- Responsible for clearing the goods from Jeddah Islamic Port.
- Responsible for communication with the government sectors in terms of requirements related to the clearing the shipmnets or goods from Jeddah Islamic Port.
- Transulating the goods specifications.
- Maintain the ground payments of the shipments or goods in the port in case of any delay.
- Prepare the monthly report of the clearing department.

I was reporting to the general sales manager and handled all documents of his office, sales reps., filing system, send faxes & emails, prepare letters & reports and booking flights.
