Duties & responsiblities:
1) Co-ordination of inspection activities with QC team & Consultant.
2) Attending minutes of meeting (MOM) with Architect/Civil department for the Co-ordination of site Hand over schedules, site issues.
3) Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings.
4) To revise the drawings on site and check as built drawings to make all services perfectly and in the most efficient way.
5) Manage directly and provide technical supports to Mechanical group at site.
6) Submits site daily Progress reports, Inspection requests(IR) and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
7) Attend appraisal meetings with concern Project Engineers in case of delay/change in drawings /unavailability of material & suggestions for suitability.
8) Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable Method of Statements.
9) Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipments installation activities.
10) Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of job on time at site.
11) Constant monitoring and measuring project progress.
12) Quantity Takeoff of all HVAC, Plumbing &Fire fighting Quantities
Installation of HVAC System:
1) Installation, Testing&Air Balancing of Supply, Return, Fresh & Exhaust Air duct systems.
2) Start up, Testing & Commissioning of FCU, AHU, Fan’s & Chilled Water Pumps.
3) Installation of VRF SYSTEM (Refrigerant piping system).
4) Installation of Fan’s for Exhaust, Smoke exhaust & Pressurization
5)Installation of Sound attenuators, sand trap louvers, Dampers, VCD, FD, MFSD.
6) Knowledge of Duct material & Type of insulation used for HVAC system.
7) Installation of Plenum box, Grills &Diffusers for HVAC system.
8)Installation, Testing & Chemical Flushing of Chilled Water System.
9) Installation of FCU, AHU, CHILLER, Chilled water Pumps with Valves Packages.
10) Knowledge of Pipe material Insulation used for Chilled water piping System.
11) Installation of Ancillary Equipment’s of Chilled water system.(Pressurization unit, Chemicaldosing system, Air separator tank, Water softener, Makeup tank)
12) Knowledge of Aluminum Cladding for Duct & Chilled water System

PLUMBING SYSTEM:
1)Installation & Testing of Plumbing systems(WaterSupply, Drainage, Storm & Sewer System)
2)Installation of Domestic Water Pumps(Booster, Circulation )with Complete piping with vlaves & Accessories inside Pump Room.
3)Domestic Water Tanks, Piping connection with all lines(Suction, Discharge, Inlet line with Float valve, Overflow, Tank Drain)
4) Installation of Sanitary Fixtures as per standard details.
5)Start up, Testing & Commissioning of Domestic Water Pumps.
6)Knowledge of Chemical Disinfection of Domestic water tank with pipe network
7)Installation of Submersible pumps with valve package & piping.
Completed as Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering , I learned lot of things and done major projects such as Modeling & Assebling of Pistion & Connecting rod.
