Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1). Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development
2). Attending conferences, industry events and meetings
3). Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction
4). Conduct research to identify new markets and targets
5). Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner
6). Responsible in sales planning, forecasting & budgeting
7). Liaise with the finance team, service and operations departments as appropriate
8). Regularly visit existing key accounts and develop new revenue streams
9). Specialize in rental of mobile cranes from 25 to 500 tons
10). Develop entry level candidates into potential sales representatives
11). Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
12). Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
