9. Providing quantitative analysis for evaluation of different construction materials based on drawings provided by the clients.
10. Monitoring each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in-line with forecasts.
11. Overseeing health and safety and quality control measures at the site.
12. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
