Document Controller / Administrative Office Assistant / Computer Data Entry maintains and manages all important documents either for a particular project or whole organization and assures that it is easily accessible and stored. Maintaining related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents and other operating departments.

And capable of preparing various types of statements, reports in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, also sending and receiving electronic mails with Microsoft Office Outlook and also in internet explorer. Uploading
required key data into server and acquire backup simultaneously. Familiar of domestic and international postal and courier practice. Planned procurement of office stationary and providing personalized assistance. Preparing agenda for meetings, conferences and informing to the concerned departments managers and record proceedings as dictated or directed. Finally works independently with good decision-making skills.
